Yes. Doctors usually recommend wearing a maternity binder 24–48 hours after surgery, depending on your recovery. Nowadays, many grannies and confinement centers encourage C-section moms to wear a binder as soon as possible, sometimes right after delivery or within 24 hours (if approved by your doctor). The binder helps support the abdomen, reducing strain on the incision and allowing the wound to heal faster and with less pain.
Important Notes:Check your wound frequently to ensure it’s healing properly, Avoid wearing the binder too tightly to prevent discomfort or restriction., Be careful when putting on or removing the binder to avoid unnecessary strain
Your comfort during postpartum is precious. You can wear it throughout the day or you can wear it for several hours each day (generally 3–6 hours at a time), especially when you're moving around or doing activities like standing, walking, or sitting. This provides the support you need during the healing process.
It is recommend to try wear it 2-4 hours first and increase it depending on your comfort. At night, you can remove it to give your body a break and allow better circulation and comfort while sleeping.
To ensure the longevity and maintain the quality of your Exclusive Belly Support Band, we recommend hand washing it with body shampoo or a gentle hand wash. Do not machine wash as it may damage the fabric and affect the fit, elasticity and support.
To keep your Exclusive Belly Support Band in top shape and quality, simply fold it as per the guidelines! And make sure to avoid stacking the Velcro on the grey or free bone areas when you store or wear it. This little trick will help maintain its quality at this area and prevent any damage.
It's super flexible! You can wear it in 3 different ways, so it’s all about what you need! You can choose to cover either the Stomach area(upper tummy), waist area(whole tummy) or pelvis area (below the tummy area). Just adjust it however you like (according to attach photo), and it’ll give you the support exactly where you need it
For the best results, it’s recommended to wear your belly support band for about 4 to 6 weeks of postpartum.

It’s perfect for light activities like house chores and mild exercises However, it's best to avoid wearing it for intense workouts and not to tighten it too much, so you stay comfortable while staying active
